Analytics API
The Analytics API gives you programmatic access to the metrics of your Quortex Link pool. You can use it to build your own dashboards, feed your reporting tools, or track how much each output delivers.
All requests are read-only GET requests, scoped to one pool. All times are Unix Epoch timestamps, in UTC.
What you can query
Category | What it covers |
|---|---|
Input metrics | SRT input health: bitrate, round trip time, packet loss, not recovered packets |
Output metrics | SRT, Zixi and RTMP output health: bitrate, round trip time, total bitrate |
Output usage | Egress volume per output, over a time range |
The full list of endpoints, parameters and response fields is in the API documentation.
Output usage statistics
This endpoint returns how many bytes each output delivered over a time range.
Use it when you need to attribute consumption to a specific output — for example to allocate cost internally, or to report usage to a partner. You do not need to know the output UUIDs in advance: the endpoint returns every output in the pool that has data in the requested range.
You can narrow the result by output UUID or by output name, and group it by UUID, by name, or by both. Usage is then aggregated for each unique combination.
The API returns usage volumes only. It never returns a price or a monetary amount. You apply your own pricing to the returned volumes.
Good to know
- Retention is at least 3 months. Data is guaranteed to be available for 3 months.
- Deleted outputs still appear in the results, by UUID and name, for as long as the data is retained.
- Outputs only. Inputs, ingest and transcoding usage are not covered by this endpoint.
- Not real time. This is a query on recorded usage. Usage that has just finished may not be complete yet.
- Tags are not supported. Filtering and grouping are done on output identifiers only (UUID, name).
